Muxabbat Rahimova, leader of the Association of Disabled People “SHAROIT PLUS” and advocate for inclusion, specializes in training individuals on inclusivity practices and raising awareness about the rights and needs of disabled persons. Having work experience in international projects such as JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment and empowering communities through education and advocacy. In her speech she will discuss the challenges disabled women face and show how they can be supported to overcome the obstacles with the help of society.

This creative individual, who never tires of generating innovative ideas and is passionately devoted to her profession, has gradually transitioned from radio to YouTube. The result of this transition is the “102 TV” podcast, which received the “Best Podcast of the Year” award. Today, Nazira Inoyatova serves as the Director of Programs at Avtoradio, hosts the “Morning of Success” radio show, and is the author of the “102 TV – Keys to Success” podcast on YouTube.
