In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

He bought back many of our traditional rice and he invented many new varieties of rice, The most significant one is he invented a new variety of rice called Panchbrihi which will produce rice five times in one planting.

Professor Dr. Saleh Hasan Naqib

Physicist & Researcher

Currently he is the Vice-Chancellor of Rajshahi University and a highly qualified researcher. His main research interests are superconductivity and computational physics. Naqib is a member of the Institute of Physics, American Physical Society, Cambridge Philosophical Society, Cambridge Commonwealth Trust, Bangladesh Physical Society, and many more. He has achieved awards like the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences (BAS) Gold Medal and the Razzaq-Shamsun Physics Research Award. S N Nahar Physics Teacher of the Year Award as the best teacher, and many more.

Syed Ahmed Shawki

Syed Ahmed Shawki is a Bangladeshi filmmaker and screenwriter renowned for his contributions to cinema.
