Albert Riba

Albert Riba is an entrepreneur and innovation consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the technology and business sectors. His professional journey began in a tech company where he worked as an intrapreneur, until the entrepreneurial spirit led him to found his first company, Bituline, at the age of 29. Although the venture eventually came to an end, it sparked a lifelong commitment to entrepreneurship.
He later co-founded Kinetical Business with colleagues from La Salle, where he spent a decade driving innovation and launching new business models. A health scare prompted him to make a life-changing decision: leaving the company to create InPreneur, the business he currently leads, which is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial thinking within organizations.
In 2019, he co-founded his second active venture, Sapiens Mindset, a company focused on applying #PeopleAnalytics and #BigData to tackle issues related to innovation and entrepreneurial culture.
Dàmaris Castellanos

Dàmaris Castellanos is a dynamic leader with a diverse background in international organizations, retail, and project management. She is currently the Executive Director of UNICEF Andorra, where she leads strategic initiatives to promote children’s rights and global development from a local perspective.
Prior to this role, she spent several years at Pyrénées Andorra, where she held various leadership positions including B2B Manager for the Pyrénées Group and B2B Manager for the Food Division. She also worked as a Category Manager for beverages and tobacco, playing a key role in optimizing product strategy and supplier relations.
Her professional journey also includes a decade at DryMartini Organization as Sales and Project Manager, where she managed high-profile events and client relations. Earlier in her career, she worked at Vueling Airlines within the Chief Pilot Office, gaining experience in aviation operations and executive coordination.
Eric Risco

Eric Risco de la Torre is a technological leader in artificial intelligence with over 15 years of experience in software development. Throughout his career, he has led the creation of numerous mobile and web applications across a wide range of technologies, specializing in the integration of AI and intelligent agents into cutting-edge digital solutions.
He is currently focused on designing and developing the applications of the future, centered around AI and agent-based systems. His work explores the capabilities of advanced models such as GPT-4o, Deepseek, Llama, and Qwen. Leveraging LangChain, he builds intelligent agents capable of reasoning, retrieving information, and making autonomous decisions — pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in real-world contexts.
Ian Serra
Lecturer on climatic change
Ian Serra is a sustainability expert with a strong background in environmental research, innovation, and project coordination across both public and private sectors. Since 2022, he has been working at Andorra Recerca + Innovació, a public-sector foundation focused on generating knowledge and creating innovative solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. As a Sustainability Technician, he has led and contributed to a wide range of impactful projects.
Among his most notable work is the technical coordination of Andorra’s Biosphere Reserve candidacy, including governance planning, stakeholder management, research, communications, and editorial direction. He also played a key role in initiatives like the MIT City Science Lab collaboration, coordinating workshops and projects on circular economy and food waste reduction.
Noelia Moreno

Noelia is an expert in the financial and insurance sectors, with extensive experience leading strategic and operational areas in major companies. She has held key positions such as Head of Insurance Technology and Head of Development for Private Banking, Investment Products, and Insurance. At Santander Insurance, she served as both Media Director and Operations Director, playing a central role in the company’s growth and efficiency.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to create and manage Mantelma and NUT Events, two initiatives that reflect her versatility and leadership skills beyond the financial industry. She also served as Regional Director of Collective Social Welfare at VidaCaixa, and previously as Head of Pension Plans and Funds at AGF Unión Fénix. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience as a Key Account Executive at Banesto Pensions, building strong relationships with large clients and deepening her expertise in pension solutions.
Pepe Baena

He is currently Head of the Production System and Continuous Improvement at Kostal Elèctrica, where he focuses on optimizing processes and driving operational excellence.
Previously, he held the position of Operations Director in distribution at both Nova Corporació de Subscripcions, S.L. and Transdis Boyacà, S.L., where he led logistics and operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery. His career reflects a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and the continuous evolution of industrial and distribution processes.
